Once you have taken the time to relax, your next stop has to be one of the two wonderful restaurants. Le Bellevue offers an ever-changing menu of fresh local products under a ceiling of a thousand crystal pendants. The Michelin starred Le Royal offers multi-course tasting menus and à la carte dishes with wine and champagne pairings. And for those of you who want to take your culinary experience to the next level, there is the intimate Chefâs Table in the heart of the kitchen where Chef Rieubland will delight you with his innovative French cuisine.
